Despite the small hiccup with the fire alarms going off, the staff handled it well and ensured our safety. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of towels. The wifi was strong, although we had to reset it each time we returned to the hotel. we found it to be a great value for money. We would definitely recommend Suburban Studios for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Suburban Studios in Sterling for a week to visit family. The location was perfect, being close to my relatives and only a short drive to parks and grocery stores. The facilities were always clean, despite the high amount of traffic. I was pleasantly surprised to have a mini-kitchen in my room, which was a great convenience while traveling with my children. The added bonus of a gym was also appreciated. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth, even though they were short-staffed. this hotel met all my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed having a room with 2 beds. Everywhere was clean. The hotel had a particularly good location, not far from the shopping center, airport, and roads to DC and the Dulles Town Center.

Everything was excellent from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and impeccable room. All the personnel was welcoming and pleasant. The service was PERFECT with parking on-site. There were strong internet and ample parking available.
